I started Land-Based Strategies in 2020 with a simple goal: to do real deals and learn by doing. What began as a platform to market land listings quickly became a launchpad for something deeper: a career in building, investing, and executing across the capital stack.
Since then, I’ve completed dozens of land transactions—often on short timelines and with strong multiples. Along the way, I’ve evolved into a full-stack operator: sourcing deals, underwriting complex scenarios, building technical tools, and developing long-term relationships with capital partners.
Today, I’m focused on higher-leverage acquisitions, strategic JVs, and scaling my platform through software.
My fastest deal closed in under 24 hours. My largest to date is the Hunt County assemblage, where I’m repositioning 32 acres for flex industrial development.
While the early chapter was hands-on and opportunistic, the next chapter is more strategic: structured capital, deeper diligence, and scalable systems.
